Upgrading our Septic System…

We have been asked by the Billerica Board of Health to bring our sewer system up to Massachusetts Title 5 standards… Our system has been failing for some time now and we were hoping that town sewage would be down our street by now… So, if anyone out there knows about Title 5, or an inspector or engineer in this field in the Billerica area, please let me know…
